With 8 years experience in real estate, from reception, administration, assistant property manager to the ultimate step up the ladder, motherhood, Susan is back from maternity leave.

And for one day a week she's everybody's helping hand between nappy changes and nursery rhymes.

Matt has joined Nicholas Scott Real Estate after 35 years of service in the Victorian Police Force.

Heading the Commercial Sales and Leasing department Matt's main priority is making sure all of his clients needs are met and everyone walks away with a smile. Matt has lived in the Western Suburbs for the past 20 years, developing an interest in the local real estate market, which has led him to his new career path.

Matt is involved in a number of local sporting clubs and activities. He enjoys playing a social game of golf and spending quality time with his wife and four children.

Nick has lived in the western suburbs for the past 35 years and can offer second to none local property knowledge with enthusiasm and a deep passion.

His property development business keeps him busy after hours, but nothing is quite as important as his beautiful wife and 3 wonderful children. A very busy business and family man, Nick relaxes by enjoying time at the beach, going to the movies and spending time with his family and friends. Nicks ultimate satisfaction comes from seeing his sellers and buyers walk away with a big smile and a warm hand shake!

Tatiana has always had an interest in real estate.

After establishing and operating her own import/export family business, Tatiana's life journey took her to South Africa selling property. Now living in Australia with her husband and daughter Tatiana continues her career in real estate with Nicholas Scott. She enjoys meeting people, all kinds of sport and outdoor activities, as well as studying psychology and communications at UNISA.

She looks forward to being of service to both sellers and buyers in the years to come.
