- Is their Leasing Agent separate to the Property Manager?
- What are their fees?
- Does the Agent possess effective communication and organisation skills?
- How do they effectively manage their arrears?
- Do they have a history of VCAT attendances?
How will you know if the Agent is a fit?
Like with any meeting or conversation, you’re bound to walk away with the information that you need to make your decision, but as in most cases, you will know within 5 minutes of talking with the right Agent if they will be able to fulfil your requirements.
